Products
Every UNVEIL piece is handcrafted using natural gemstones.
Because each stone is formed by nature, slight variations in color, inclusions, patterns, shape, and transparency are expected and make every piece unique. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, and availability without prior notice.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

All prices are displayed in the selected store currency.

Applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, and shipping charges are calculated separately where applicable and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Eligible returns must meet all conditions outlined in that policy.
Customized items, resized pieces, gift cards, sale items, and products showing signs of wear are generally not eligible for return.
Jewelry Care
Our jewelry is made from genuine natural gemstones and should be handled with care.
We recommend removing your jewelry before exercising, swimming, bathing, sleeping, or exposing it to perfumes, cosmetics, household chemicals, or excessive moisture.
Damage resulting from accidental impact, improper handling, or normal wear is not covered under our return policy.
