How to Measure Without a Tape Measure
1. Prepare a thin strip of paper (or string) and a pen.
2. Lightly wrap the paper around the narrowest part of your wrist.
*Do not include any protruding bones.
3. Mark the point where the end of the paper overlaps with a pen. Using tape or a clip can make marking easier.
4. Remove the paper and measure the length from the end to the mark with a ruler.
That length will be your wrist size.
