1. 細長く切った紙（または紐）とペンを用意してください。
2. 用意した紙を、手首のいちばん細い部分に軽く巻きつけます。
※骨の出ている部分は含めないでください。
3. 紙の先端が重なる位置にペンで印をつけます。テープやクリップで固定すると印をつけやすくなります。
4. 紙を外し、印をつけた部分までの長さを定規で測ります。
その長さが手首サイズになります。
手元に重なる丸みの違いが、そのまま存在感のニュアンスとなって現れます。
10mm から 16mm まで、サイズが変わるだけで印象は大きく変化します。
